Huge Blow: Another Fulham Star Very Close To Sealing Exit
Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal are getting very close to capturing Fulham frontman Aleksander Mitrovic in the ongoing transfer window, it has been claimed in Italy.
The Saudi Arabian outfit have already secured Sergej Milinkovic-Savic earlier this summer and now they are focusing on his international team-mate Mitrovic.
They approached the Craven Cottage outfit earlier in the window for the Serbian forward, however, the Premier League outfit refused to sell.
Mitrovic came on as a substitute in their league win against Everton on Saturday even though he vowed to never play for the club again for rejecting offers from the Saudi outfit.
Now according to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Al Hilal are closing in on signing the Fulham star in the upcoming days.
Mitrovic played a pivotal role in Marco Silva’s team last season, where he made 19 goal contributions in 28 appearances.
It has been suggested that the Serbian has already agreed on personal terms with the Saudi Club.
Now it remains to be seen if the Cottagers will go for any other forward as they have already secured the signing of Raul Jimenez from Wolves.
Hearts have received enquiries from Saudi and Championship outfits for their in-form striker Lawrence Shankland.
