The Merseyside outfit could hold an advantage if they were to pursue Piroe, with a number of interested parties currently sitting in the second tier of English football.
The Toffees should reconsider making a move for Piroe, who has proven himself to be a level above the Championship. However, they won’t want to participate in a bidding war for the Dutchman.
