BirminghamLive brings you Wolverhampton Wanderers news as Wolves unveil their new third uniform for this year.
Wolves’ third uniform for the next Premier League campaign has been unveiled, with a “graffiti style print” and pagoda blue and sea jet tones. The most recent uniform produced for the team by Castore maintains the old gold home and red away colors.
The third kit, which was specially made by Castore, is currently available for pre-order at shop.wolves.co.uk and will be sold in the Molineux Megastore starting on Saturday, September 2. The shirt’s abstract graffiti-style graphic gives Wolves a fresh appearance for the upcoming Premier League season.
“The shirts will be worn with pagoda blue shorts and socks, and they will be fronted by AstroPay and include 6686 Sports branding on the sleeves. The Old Gold players modeled the uniform while they were in Portugal for pre-season. It is available in both professional version, which is what the male and female first teams wear, and replica at a reduced cost.
Adult replicas cost £60, long-sleeved replicas cost £70, and professional shirts cost £115 for adults. Additional costs for the third kit include: Adult third shirts cost £60 in replica, £115 in professional, £60 in women’s, £45 in junior, £70 in adult long sleeve, and $55 in junior long sleeve. Baby third kits cost £40, infant third kits cost £44, junior third kits cost £24, adult third socks cost £16, and baby third kits cost £30.
Wolves will play at home against Brighton on Saturday to resume Premier League play. Despite suffering a 1-0 loss at Manchester United on Monday, Gary O’Neil’s team received high praise for their overall performance.
They will be hoping for better fortune against a Brighton team that opened their own campaign with a 4-1 victory at home against recently promoted Luton Town after being controversially denied a penalty in stoppage time.
