Sheffield Wednesday defeated Barnsley at Wembley in the League One play-off championship last year.
Barnsley is hoping for another push for the top six this season after missing out on promotion to the Championship.

This summer, they lost manager Michael Duff to Swansea City and hired Neill Collins, a former Sheffield United defender, in his place.
