‘Not for an instance’ – Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou makes Chris Davies admission as Swansea City search continues

Swansea City is actively pursuing Chris Davies as their prospective new manager following the departure of Michael Duff. While Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou stated that he hasn’t contemplated Davies’ potential move to Swansea, he acknowledged that any discussions regarding it will be addressed at the appropriate time.

Davies is currently the frontrunner to take over the managerial position at the Swansea.com Stadium, left vacant after Michael Duff’s dismissal a week ago. Despite Swansea’s initial attempt to secure Davies’ services being rejected, their interest remains undiminished.

Postecoglou commented on the situation after Tottenham’s decisive 4-1 victory over Newcastle United, responding to queries about whether the match against Newcastle was Davies’ final appearance on the touchline at the Tottenham Stadium.

Postecoglou expressed that he and Davies likely haven’t dwelled on the matter yet, emphasizing the demanding nature of the Premier League and stating that they will address any potential changes when the time is right.
