Jordao scored on his Carabao Cup debut against Reading and made his Premier League debut as a late replacement against Chelsea on the last day of the season.
However, the 25-year-old has had little first-team action in recent years, having spent time on loan at Famalicao, FC Zurich, and Santa Clara.
Jordao has since departed the team to pursue a new permanent club.
