Aston Villa experienced another blow when defender Ezri Konsa sustained a knee injury in Saturday’s 5-0 win against Sheffield United, according to manager Unai Emery.

Konsa, who left the pitch in the 59th minute due to injury, has started every Premier League game for fourth-placed Villa this season as they battle for a Champions League spot. “He has a knee sprain and will not be available. “I’m not sure, three or four weeks more or less,” Emery told reporters before of Wednesday’s FA Cup fourth-round rematch against Chelsea at home.

However, Spain’s defender Pau Torres, sidelined since December with an ankle injury, will return to the bench at Villa Park.
