On Thursday, March 7, Swansea City will have a consultation session with the goal of discussing, contesting, and altering its current personal assistant (PA) policy, with an emphasis on include young caregivers.
The gathering, which will take place at Swansea.com Stadium from 5 to 6.30 p.m., will provide young caregivers a forum to voice their opinions and make recommendations on how to make the team’s PA policy better.
Swansea City has recognized the need to resolve this problem in order to acknowledge the amazing job that young caregivers undertake in our society, as the club’s present PA policy does not contain a provision for them.
