A 58-year-old Wigan woman’s trial, which she claims she harassed and abused four individuals, twice, has been rescheduled.
Margaret Armstrong, of Conway Drive, Aspull, has previously entered a not guilty plea to charges of using threatening or insulting behavior against Sharon Green, Rita Seddon, and Christopher McVeigh on January 27, 2022. She also allegedly harassed Nicola Newlove on February 3 and Rita Seddon again on the following day.
Her stand trial was originally planned for January of last year at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court, but it has been rescheduled many times and is now set for May 2.
