A Wigan man who is suspected of trafficking crack and heroin has been given a warrant for his arrest after he neglected to show up for his court appointment.
On Monday, February 26, Christopher Smalley, 53, of Closebrook Road, Pemberton, was scheduled to appear at Bolton Crown Court for a pre-trial preparation hearing. However, he failed to show up.
