Charges of harassing and wasting police time have been refuted by a Wigan lady.
In court, Cathleen Shaw, 38, of Wyre Avenue, Platt Bridge, entered a not guilty plea to charges of harassing Lindsey Telford without using physical force between March 6 and April 11 of 2023 and making a false statement to raise concerns about the safety of people or property between March 6 and March 13 of the same year.
She was given conditional parole pending her January 13 trial at the same court.
