Wigan 30-year-old remanded in custody after being accused of repeatedly breaching sexual harm prevention order

Crown Crown court has been assigned the case of a Wigan man accused of three counts of violating a sexual harm prevention order.
Matthew Hellman, 30, of Atherton Road in Hindley, is charged with using an internet-accessible device, having an image-storage device, taking an intimate picture, and creating a dating account.
In 2020, Manchester Crown Court issued a sexual harm prevention order that prohibited him from engaging in these activities.

The matter was ordered to Bolton Crown Court for a trial by Wigan magistrates.
