According to Calciomercato.com, Giroud is set to sign an 18-month contract with an American team, with the move motivated not only by playing reasons but also with an eye towards a future career in management.

Although there hasn’t been an official announcement from either the club or the player yet, discussions are reportedly in an advanced stage, indicating that Giroud may not be part of AC Milan next season.

Furthermore, LAFC potentially hinted at Giroud’s arrival by sharing a video with the caption ‘Bonne Nuit’ (Goodnight) on X, although this could also be referring to a possible move for Ajaccio defender Maxime Chanot.
