Wigan and Leigh magistrates have issued an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old who is allegedly distributing crack and heroin.
Harry Daley, of Up Holland’s Dearden Way, was scheduled to appear before borough justices on charges of having the two class A drugs with the intention of supplying them, but he did not show up.
Police have an arrest warrant issued for them.
