One man from the Wigan borough has acknowledged having sex in public.
On January 28, Robert Wilson, 34, of Chisworth Close in Leigh, came before Wigan magistrates to answer to a charge of defaming public decency by engaging in sexual activity in a public setting.
He was forced to pay £85 in court costs and granted a 12-month conditional discharge.
Wilson was supposed to receive his sentencing at a previous hearing, but he did not show up, so the justices issued an arrest warrant.
