The greatest way to end the week strong is to cash in on a juicy home run prop that will carry us into the weekend. These are the three HR wagers that we plan to place on Friday’s MLB schedule.

Matt Vierling (+750 FanDuel)

Tigers at Astros, 8:10 p.m. ET

This season, Hunter Brown has been such a hit-or-miss pitcher. The starter for the Houston Astros has allowed one or less earned runs in three of his previous eight outings, but in three of those appearances, he has also allowed multiple home runs. This season, Vierling has blasted seven of his eight home runs against right-handed pitchers, demonstrating nearly all of his power. The third baseman for the Detroit Tigers is slugging.614 versus righties in the previous month, so he has a good opportunity to take advantage of a mistake in this matchup.

Jeimer Candelario (+600 DraftKings)

Reds at Brewers, 8:10 p.m. ET

For a couple reasons, we would want to support the Cincinnati Reds with a home run prop. Freddy Peralta, the starter for the Milwaukee Brewers, has shut-down stuff, yet among qualifying pitchers, he gives up the 15th-highest barrel rate in MLB. The wind will be blowing out to right field throughout the game, making American Family Field the fifth-friendliest stadium to home runs this season. With a.371 batting average and a.857 slugging percentage over the past two weeks, Candelario is blazing hot against right-handed pitching.

Josh Smith (+830 FD)

Rangers at Mariners, 10:10 p.m. ET

Smith appears little undervalued on Friday evening. While batting, the third baseman for the Texas Rangers is blazing against right-handed pitchers.360 degrees and slugging.560 versus the past two weeks’ righties. In his career, he is also 3-4 versus Seattle Mariners starter Luis Castillo, with a home run and two doubles. Oh, and there is a high wind forecast at T-Mobile Park’s center field. This is worth a significant amount of money.
