Good News: Top Talented Highly Rated QB Officially Reveals His Desire To Join Raiders In A Social Media Post

Colorado quarterback  is fueling speculation about his potential NFL future with the Las Vegas Raiders. Following an impressive college season where he threw for 3,926 yards, 35 touchdowns, and completed 74.2% of his passes, Sanders is seen as a likely top prospect for the 2025 NFL Draft. Though incoming rookies rarely control their destination, Sanders has shown a clear interest in the Raiders.

Recent events have heightened this connection. Sanders has previously been spotted with Raiders owner Mark Davis at a Las Vegas Aces game and recently shared a video on Instagram featuring Allegiant Stadium with the caption “legendary.” While his frequent visits to Las Vegas could simply reflect personal interest, these actions have stirred rumors of his desire to join the team.

As Colorado awaits their Alamo Bowl opponent, speculation about Sanders’ NFL future grows. If the Raiders retain a high draft pick—currently projected at No. 2 per Tankathon—they could potentially select Sanders. However, it remains uncertain if the Raiders share his interest.

Could Deion Sanders Join Shedeur in Las Vegas?

Deion Sanders, Shedeur’s father and head coach at Colorado, has revitalized the football program, achieving a 9-3 record in just his second season and assembling a strong recruiting class. An NFL Hall of Famer and legendary cornerback, Deion could find coaching his son at the professional level tempting.

However, not everyone supports this idea. An AFC executive told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler that Shedeur might benefit from establishing his own identity separate from his father. This perspective suggests that Deion and Shedeur teaming up in the NFL might not be ideal for the quarterback’s growth.

The Raiders, who might have a head coach vacancy if Antonio Pierce departs, could provide an opportunity for a Sanders duo in Las Vegas.

Raiders’ Quarterback Dilemma

Regardless of their specific plans, the Raiders are in dire need of a quarterback. Shedeur Sanders, known for his strong pocket presence and pro-ready skills, stands out as a potential solution. Although his athleticism isn’t on par with other top quarterbacks, the 2025 draft class is seen as weaker overall, making him a compelling choice.

With Sanders’ evident enthusiasm for the Raiders, the franchise might be inclined to take a closer look at him as their quarterback of the future.
