A Wigan man received community service for twice driving by his ex’s house in violation of a non-molestation order.
Lee Turner, 35, of Harvey Lane, Golborne, had denied breaking borough magistrates’ orders by speeding past Sarah Flynn’s home on July 9 and 19, 2022, but he was found guilty of both offenses when he was not present in court.
