AMES, Iowa (KCRG) – The Los Angeles Rams have hired Nate Scheelhasse, the offensive coordinator at Iowa State, as their pass game specialist, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
In 2022, Nate Scheelhaase received a promotion to offensive coordinator from his position as Iowa State’s receivers coach.
After moving to Ames in 2018, Scheelhaase has experience coaching receivers and running backs.
A few of his best players have included All-America running back David Montgomery, two-time consensus All-America running back Breece Hall, All-America wide receiver Deshaunte Jones, and 2022 Biletnikoff Award finalist Xavier Hutchinson.
