Plowden, who went undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft after playing for Bowling Green State, has spent the past two seasons playing in the NBA G League. He appeared in 91 games, including 22 starts, with the Osceola Magic and the Birmingham Squadron. Over that span, he averaged 10.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists while playing 23.8 minutes per game.
