Correct. The return of Spencer Strider will strengthen the starting lineup for the Atlanta Braves. Given that he is recovering from a UCL injury and making a comeback after missing a whole season, we are uncertain of what we will receive, at least initially. However, he can still gain a sense by using projections.
The FanGraphs website offers 2025 projections for every Braves player. From conventional data to their own special advanced analytics, Strider and every other player have a lot to analyse. Here are some of the most notable figures to determine what the Braves stand to benefit from the Vandelay Industries proposal.
Cine, a first rounder originally selected by the Minnesota Vikings, has only appeared in a grand total of 11 career games. Injuries have been a big story of Cine’s career, and when he’s been healthy, he simply hasn’t been able to earn a spot on the field.
In fact, he’s only played 10 defensive snaps during the regular season. Most of his action has been seen on special teams, as evidenced by 134 career snaps on that side of the ball.
If anything, this is a depth move. Hopefully, if Cine has to see the field, having the mind of Fangio behind unleashing the former Bulldog will help him reach a higher ceiling than he’s been able to achieve thus far.
