Newcastle United has secured a groundbreaking commercial agreement, marking a significant boost for St James’ Park. The football club has revealed its latest partnership just ahead of the upcoming January transfer window. In a pioneering move, Newcastle United has entered into a multi-year commercial alliance with InPost Group, termed as the first of its kind.

InPost Group, renowned as Europe’s leading out-of-home delivery provider, is now designated as Newcastle’s Official Parcel Collection and Delivery Service Partner. As part of this collaboration, InPost will set up specialized parcel lockers at strategic locations outside the Gallowgate End at St. James’ Park and Barrack Road.

Peter Silverstone, Newcastle’s Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized the uniqueness of this Premier League partnership, showcasing a shared dedication to innovation and creativity between InPost and Newcastle United. He highlighted the advantage that loyal supporters and Newcastle residents will gain from the installation of convenient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly delivery services right at the doorstep of St. James’ Park.

Drawing parallels between the growth trajectories of InPost and Newcastle United, Silverstone expressed excitement about the partnership, describing it as an exceptional platform to support InPost’s expansion plans in the UK and Europe. The collaboration extends beyond physical installations, as InPost will also have a digital presence on the club’s social media channels and within St. James’ Park.

Rafal Brzoska, Founder and CEO of InPost Group, echoed the excitement, emphasizing the partnership’s role in expanding InPost’s footprint in the UK and Europe. He highlighted the increasing demand for consumer convenience in e-commerce and expressed pride in aligning with Newcastle United during a crucial phase of growth for both entities. Brzoska underscored the shared aspiration for exceptional performance and looked forward to leveraging the international reach and popularity of the club to break new ground.

Newcastle’s proactive approach to securing commercial deals was acknowledged, with the club having announced several partnerships since the summer to enhance revenue. Notable collaborations include Sela as the front-of-shirt sponsor, Adidas returning as kit manufacturers from the 2024-25 campaign, and Saudia being confirmed as the official airline sponsor. These initiatives aim to bolster the club’s financial position, enabling greater investment in the transfer market under the leadership of head coach Eddie Howe.
