44-year-old’s stance on potential Swansea City appointment emerges in fresh report

According to a Wales Online report, John Eustace is currently not interested in the vacant managerial position at Swansea City. The decision comes as the club recently parted ways with Michael Duff due to a poor performance in the Championship. Despite initial signs of improvement, Swansea City’s form declined, leaving them in 18th place and without a win in the last five matches.

While many supporters had hoped for John Eustace to be considered for the role, the latest information suggests that the 44-year-old manager is not keen on taking up the position at Swansea City. It remains unclear whether the club has approached Eustace, but regardless, he is currently not inclined to pursue the opportunity.

Eustace, who was previously let go by Birmingham City, has gained popularity among Swansea City fans, with many viewing him as a strong candidate for success based on his tenure at St. Andrew’s. In the interim, Alan Sheehan will be taking charge at the Swansea.com Stadium. He is set to lead the team in the upcoming game against the also managerless Rotherham United this weekend, although it remains to be seen if any managerial changes will occur at either club before the scheduled clash.
