Charlton Athletic 20-year-old young talent recalled from loan spell after being away for long
Deji Elerewe has been recalled from his loan spell at Bromley, effective immediately.
During his second stay with the club, the 20-year-old centre-back made eight appearances and scored in back-to-back games against Dorking Wanderers and Woking in late October.
Charlton supporters can help the academy by joining the Valley Gold scheme. Valley Gold allows supporters to help the club’s academy discover tomorrow’s stars while also providing them the chance to win cash prizes.
Bromley Football Club can confirm that Charlton Athletic have recalled defender Deji Elerewe.
The 20-year-old joined the club in March and played a key role in our play-off victory last season.
Elerewe made 12 appearances for the Ravens last season and scored one of the club’s most crucial goals, netting the winner in the play-off eliminator away at Woking.
That was his second goal in a Bromley shirt, having scored his first away at Maidstone United shortly after signing.
This season, the defender has scored two goals in eight games, earning Man of the Match honors along the way, and has remained an important element of our group.
We appreciate Deji’s efforts in a Bromley shirt and wish him the best of luck in the future.
