Following the Dallas Cowboys’ Christmas Eve loss to the Miami Dolphins, defensive end Micah Parsons delivered a hazardous message to the NFL on Instagram. Parsons claimed he was held multiple times by the Dolphins offensive line during the game, but no penalty was called.
Cowboys fans were outraged with the game’s outcome on Sunday. During a run play, a Dolphins offensive lineman tackled a Cowboys defender, according to one review. There was no flag thrown for holding on the play.

In an Instagram story Sunday night, Parsons sent a remark criticizing the officiating (or lack thereof). Parsons stated:
Micah Parsons will probably have a fine coming his way for this IG post š pic.twitter.com/YoTYQYVT55

“Release my dog!!!” I’m sorry for anything I did to the officials!”

JPA Football stated on X that they believe Parsons should be fined for his social media complaint.
Andy Reid, head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, and quarterback Patrick Mahomes were both heavily fined for yelling at referees during and after their game against the Buffalo Bills.
The NFL most likely did not enjoy what Parsons wrote on Instagram on Sunday night. On Saturday, Parsons could be asked for a large sum of money.
